Premium Fix is a normal cementitious adhesive for ceramic tiles with slip-resistance properties (as per ISO-13007-1 class C1 T description). The material is composed of hydraulic binders, selected aggregates, and special additives. Supplied as a dry powder in pre-weighed bags, it is ready to use on-site and only requires the addition of clean water to produce an easily workable mortar. Premium Fix is ideal for fixing ceramic and terrazzo tiles. It should be applied at a thickness of 3 - 10 mm, depending on the substrate’s type and the quality of the tiles.
The surface should be sound, clean, and free from loose material, oil, grease, laitance, dirt, curing compound, etc.
Wet all surfaces with clean water before applying Premium Fix. The surface should appear damp with no water pooling.
For the mortar adhesive preparation, pour 4.8–6.5 liters of water into a container. Add the powder from the 20 kg bag of Premium Fix and mix using a low-speed electric drill fitted with a suitable paddle until a uniform, lump-free consistency is achieved. Allow the mixed material to stand for about 10 minutes, then remix briefly without adding more water.
You can blend Premium Fix manually for small quantities, however, the correct water-to-powder ratio must be maintained.
Do not add water to the mixture once the mortar adhesive begins to harden.
Spread the mixed mortar adhesive, and firmly press it onto the surface that will be tiled; work with a notched trowel. Spread the mortar adhesive to an area that can be tiled within 10 minutes. Press the tiles firmly over the mortar adhesive and immediately knock them into the desired position. Adjust the position of the tiles, if required, within the recommended adjustability time of 10 - 15 minutes after installation.
Allow the installed tiles to remain undisturbed for at least 48 hours. Mortar adhesive must not rise between the tile joints higher than half the thickness of the tiles. It is recommended to use Vetonit Tile Grout to fill the joint gaps after 2 days of tile installation.

Clean tools and equipment with water immediately after use. Remove the hardened material using mechanical means.
