Vetonit Ultra
A polymer-modified, weather-resistant, multipurpose tile adhesive.
Vetonit Ultra is a deformable cementitious adhesive with improved characteristics and slip resistance (as per ISO- 13007-1 class C2 T S1 description). The material is composed of hydraulic binders, selected aggregates, and special additives. It is supplied as a dry powder in pre-weighed bags ready to use on-site, requiring only the addition of clean water to produce an easily workable mortar. Vetonit Ultra is ideal for fixing regular tiles, terrazzo tiles, marble, and Riyadh stones. Vetonit Ultra must be applied at a thickness of 3 - 10 mm depending on the type of tiles used and the quality of the substrate.

Usage Instructions
The substrate should be sound, clean, and free from loose material, oil, grease, laitance, dirt, curing compound, etc.
Wet all surfaces (except gypsum board) with clean water before the application of Vetonit Ultra. The surface should appear damp with no water pooling.
To prepare a mortar adhesive, pour 5 - 6.8 litres of water into a container then add a 20 kg bag of Vetonit Ultra powder and mix using a low-speed electric drill fitted with a suitable paddle, until a uniform, lump-free consistency is achieved. Allow the mixed material to stand for about 10 minutes and remix briefly without adding more water.
You can blend Vetonit Ultra manually for small quantities, however, you must maintain the correct ratio of powder to water. Do not add water to the mixture once the mortar adhesive begins to harden.
Spread the mixture and firmly press it onto the surface before placing the tiles; work with a notched trowel to spread the mortar adhesive on an area that can be tiled within 10 - 15 minutes. Press the tiles firmly over the mortar adhesive and immediately lock them into the desired position. Adjust the position of the tiles, if required, within the recommended period of adjustability, which is 10 - 15 minutes after installation.
Leave installed tiles undisturbed for at least 48 hours. The mortar adhesive must not rise between the tile joints higher than half of the thickness of the tiles. It is recommended to use Vetonit Tile Grout to fill the joint gaps after 2 days of tile installation.
