Vetotouch Tyrolean is a cement-based decorative finish composed of hydraulic binders, selected aggregates, and special additives. It is supplied as a dry powder in pre-weighed bags ready to use on-site, which requires only the addition of clean water to produce easily workable mortar.
Vetotouch Tyrolean is supplied in a 25kg Bag.
Coverage : 1.5kg/m2/mm Thickness.
Stated consumption data are for general guidance. Actual consumption depends on the nature of substrate, consistency used, method of application, and wastage.
The original sealed bag of Vetotouch Tyrolean has a shelf life of 12 months, provided it is stored clear of ground in a dry, shaded place below 35ºC.
Mixing
Add to the mixing container 7-8 liters of water for each 25kg bag of Vetotouch Tyrolean. Add the powder to the water and mix with a mechanical plaster mixer or low-speed heavy-duty electric drill fitted with a suitable paddle for 3-4 minutes until achieving a uniform, lump-free consistency. Leave the mixed material to stand for 10min and briefly remix without adding water.
For small batch quantities, mix the product manually for approx. 1-2 min or when achieving a homogeneous. Add 0.5 to 1.0 liter of Vetobond AB432 to the mixing water and adjust the water requirement accordingly for each 25kg bag. Follow the same mixing procedure as described above.
Use the mixed material within 30-60 minutes.
Do not add water once the mixed mortar starts to harden.
Application
Apply Vetotouch Tyrolean in one or two layers up to 6mm/coat. Apply by hopper Gun or by Terol hand-operated machine.
To protect Vetotouch Tyrolean, apply Vetoseal XX772 by brush or spray machine after three days of curing.
Curing
