Apply Vetobond 400 uniformly on the substrate using a fine trowel (Notch A1, A2 or A3). Allow Vetobond 400 to cure for approximately 5-20 minutes before laying the floor covering.
Lay in the floor covering in the wet adhesive bed, avoid air pockets and rub down carefully. The covering material must be tension-free and lay flat on the substrate, if not then weight it down.
Floor coverings should be protected from exposure to direct sunlight and from penetration of moisture particularly during the setting phase.
It is essential to ensure good contact between the floor covering and adhesive. Bonding over existing floor coverings should be avoided. Clean any excess adhesive with water immediately. Do not allow the adhesive to dry.
Note: Before carrying out floor installation work ensure if the floor temperature and air temperature is above 15°C and relative humidity is below 75%.
