Product Description

Vetoseal XX777 is a multi-grade surface sealer and hardener for concrete, masonry, and natural stone. The product can be used as a film-forming or non-film-forming, depending on the grade used. Vetoseal XX777 versatility allows it to be used in various applications on concrete, masonry, lime-based elements, cement boards,  mineral plasters, natural and artificial stone conglomerates.

Shelf Life & Storage

The original sealed container of Vetoseal XX777 has a shelf life of 12 months, provided it is stored clear of ground in a dry and shaded place below 35ºC.

Application Areas

  • Vetoseal XX777-100 Concentrate is a concentrated film-forming clear sealer used as a chemical and abrasion-resistant sealer for concrete and masonry surfaces. It can be used as a curing compound if applied after 2 hours of concrete pouring.
  • Vetoseal XX777-75 Concentrate is the perfect product to seal stained concrete surfaces. The product is also used to protect limestone flooring in an exterior environment subjected to traffic. It forms a thin film on the surface which protects the surface from water and chemical damage.
  • Vetoseal XX777-50 Concentrate is a penetrating sealer/primer for porous stone, concrete, and cement-based products. Vetoseal XX777-50 Concentrate is used as a primer and densifier for concrete before coating. Vetoseal XX777-25 Concentrate is a penetrating sealer/primer for stone, concrete, and cement-based products. Vetoseal XX777-25 Concentrate will reduce/eliminate water penetration and efflorescence. Vetoseal XX777-25 Concentrate has excellent chemical and oil resistance, making it the perfect sealer for garage floors. The sealer is also used to densify weak stone and masonry products.


Dissolve Vetoseal XX777 Concentrate with Vetonit Solvent XX400 on-site at 1:10 ratio. Product application will depend on the grade used as per the technical properties table.


Clean equipment and tools using Vetonit Solvent XX400 immediately after use. If residual material exists or hardens, mechanical means such as wire brush would be required to remove residue.

Surface Preparation

The surface must be sound and thoroughly cleaned before applying Vetoseal XX777. Remove all loose particles, old mortar, laitance, dirt, paint, etc., by brushing with a stiff/wire brush or other suitable means. Scour away fungi or Algae using hypochlorite type bleach or proprietary fungicidal solution and then wash with water. Remove all traces of oil and grease with an industrial-grade chemical degreaser or another suitable degreasing agent.

Additional Information
Health & Sefety

Vetoseal XX777 should not come into contact with skin and eyes or be swallowed. Avoid inhalation of vapor and spray. Use only in well-ventilated areas. In case of insufficient ventilation, wear suitable respiratory protection. Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves, and eye/face protection. Barrier creams provide additional skin protection. Should accidental skin contact occur, remove immediately with a suitable skin cleanser followed by washing with soap and water. In case of contact with the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately - do not induce vomiting.

Vetoseal XX77 is nonflammable.
