Vetoseal XX777

Silane acrylate surface treatment, enhancer, and hardener for limestone, concrete, and masonry.

Vetoseal XX777 is a multi-grade surface sealer and hardener for concrete, masonry, and natural stone. The product can be used as a film-forming or non-film-forming, depending on the grade used. Vetoseal XX777 versatility allows it to be used in various applications on concrete, masonry, lime-based elements, cement boards, mineral plasters, natural and artificial stone conglomerates.

Uses

  • As a universal, versatile lime-stone and masonry surface sealer and hardener.
  • Enhancing weak lime-stone and masonry floor strengths to receive resinous toppings.
  • As a dust proofer for cementitious surfaces.
  • Sealing of highly porous cementitious substrates and durable seal for stamped concrete.

Usage Instructions

The surface must be sound and thoroughly cleaned before applying Vetoseal XX777. Remove all loose particles, old mortar, laitance, dirt, paint, etc., by brushing with a stiff/wire brush or other suitable means. Scour away fungi or Algae using hypochlorite type bleach or proprietary fungicidal solution and then wash with water. Remove all traces of oil and grease with an industrial-grade chemical degreaser or another suitable degreasing agent.

Product application will depend on the grade used as per the technical properties table.

Clean equipment and tools using Vetonit Solvent XX400 immediately after use. If residual material exists or hardens, mechanical means such as wire brush would be required to remove residue.
