The Speed Park Track in Qiddiya City is an exciting, world-class motorsport facility within Saudi Arabia's ambitious Qiddiya entertainment and sports development. Spanning 310,000 square meters, the track is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and safety features, catering to both professional drivers and motorsport enthusiasts. Saveto took part in the project by supplying Vetonit pile treatment solutions (Vetogrout EG340 and Vetogrout CG518), while the surfaces of the underground structures were waterproofed with Insuwrap PVC 2000 TNL in beige.

Set to become one of the world's largest urban parks, King Salman Park in Riyadh spans over 16 square kilometers. As part of Saudi Vision 2030, the park will feature 11.6 km² of greenery, 15,000 residential units, 2,225 hotel rooms, six museums, and more than 20 sports courts. Saveto supplied Vetonit high-quality textured and flexible decorative coatings (Vetotouch Décor FB and Vetoprime Décor FB), enhancing the park's aesthetic and durability.

The Avenues – Riyadh is a major retail and mixed-use development, bringing the renowned Avenues shopping experience to the Saudi capital. With 400,000 square meters of leasable space, the project will feature luxury retail stores, lifestyle hotels, residential apartments, and office spaces. It will also accommodate over 14,000 vehicles in its parking facility, reinforcing Riyadh’s position as a commercial and entertainment hub. Saveto has taken part in the project by supplying Vetonit high-performance tiling solutions (VETOSET CA540).

Similar to its Riyadh counterpart, The Avenues – Khobar will be a premier shopping and entertainment destination in the Eastern Province. Featuring luxury retail, fine dining, hotels, and family-friendly attractions, the development caters to the growing demand for high-end shopping and leisure experiences in Khobar. A versatile range of Saveto’s products and solutions was supplied for this project, including Vetonit plasters, tiling systems, concrete repair solutions, curing compounds, and releasing agents.

Wahat Al Dammam is a large-scale mixed-use development designed to modernize Dammam’s urban landscape. By integrating residential, commercial, and leisure components, the project aims to enhance the city's infrastructure and economic potential while fostering self-sustained communities. Large quantities of Vetonit plasters and tile adhesives were used in this large-scale project.

Al Othaim Park in Dammam is a new entertainment destination developed by the Al Othaim Group, featuring amusement rides, dining options, and family-oriented attractions. Designed to boost tourism and recreation, the park will contribute to Saudi Arabia's expanding entertainment sector. Saveto supplied the project with Vetonit concrete repair solutions, flooring systems, tiling systems, and bonding agents, and bonding materials.

Al Hamra Entertainment Destination in Riyadh is an ambitious development designed to create a vibrant hub for leisure, retail, and cultural experiences. The project includes theme parks, shopping centers, fine dining, and event spaces, aligning with Saudi Arabia’s strategy to expand its entertainment industry and attract both locals and tourists. Underground structures were waterproofed with Insuwrap PVC 2000 WMR.

Located in Triple Bay along the Red Sea, the Four Seasons Resort at AMAALA is an ultra-luxury hospitality project within the AMAALA development. The resort will feature world-class wellness facilities, a state-of-the-art spa, marine attractions, and beachfront villas, offering an unparalleled blend of relaxation and adventure in one of the region’s most pristine locations. Saveto supplied a hygienic, impervious, and easy-to-clean Vetonit polyurethane hybrid flooring system (Vetotop UL171).
